Understand Frame Measurement
Do you already have a pair of glasses handy? Check the inner side of the temples, you will find 3 different numbers. Example: 52-17-136, the first number indicates lens width, the middle number indicates bridge width while the last number indicates the temple size. In case there is a fourth number, it will indicate the lens height.
Frame Dimension
- Lens width: 40 mm - 60 mm
- Bridge width / Nose bridge: 14 mm - 24 mm
- Temple arm / Temple size: 120 mm - 150 mm
In case, you are measuring in inches: 25.4 mm = 1 inch
Sizing Information for Perfect Fitting Frame
The frame size can be calculated with the help of eye size / lens width. Usually the size is divided into S (small), M (medium) and L (large).
